The Washington High School library provides a variety of resources to support student learning.
The library is open from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on early dismissal days.

Library expectations
Behavior
Students are expected to quietly read or study while in the library.
Cell Phones
Phones are to be on vibrate. There is no talking on cell phones. Texting is allowed.
Passes
Study hall students that wish to use the library need to obtain a pass from the library before going to study hall.
Release Students
Release students are allowed to use the library as a quiet study area.
Checkout Policy
Library items can be checked out for two weeks. Renewals are allowed unless a hold is on the item. Return items to the library or in the dropboxes located in the main foyer or outside the library.
Food
Only beverages with lids are allowed.
