Black Student Union (BSU) |
The Black Student Union is a student led organization that advocates for changes in school and the community in regards to POC students. Our goal is to encourage, educate, and fight against any racial discrimination, prejudice, and inequality at our school and in the community. We will have guest speakers, fun activities involving the community, and amazing volunteer opportunities. The Union welcomes everyone whose mission is to ally with POC students no matter gender or ethnicity. BSU stands as a pillar of hope for POC students at Washington High School and our ultimate goal is to make more school more inclusive and diverse. |
